Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order and will always do our best to help if there is a problem.

Because our stencil products are individually produced after purchase, the following conditions apply.


Made-to-Order & Custom Products

All physical stencils are manufactured after the order is placed.

For this reason, custom designs and made-to-order stencils cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

This includes:
• custom photo stencils
• personalized designs
• size variations selected by the customer

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure which option to choose.


Not Eligible for Refunds

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• incorrect use of the stencil
• paint bleeding due to spraying technique
• surface preparation issues
• customer skill level or application results
• minor cosmetic marks from laser cutting (normal manufacturing marks)

Stencil art requires practice and proper technique. The final artistic result depends on the application method and not only the stencil itself.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  1. the stencil

  2. the packaging

  3. the shipping label

After verification we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• the stencil is unused
• it is in original condition
• protective packaging is included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refused Shipments & Customs

Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or unclaimed packages are not eligible for a full refund.

Shipping costs, return shipping, and carrier fees will be deducted from the refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production has started, cancellation is no longer possible because the stencil is already being manufactured.

Return window

Customers in the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery according to EU consumer protection regulations.
Because our products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping cost

If a return is approved due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no additional charge.
If a return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
