All stencil products are made to order and carefully packed to prevent bending or damage during transport.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom stencil orders may require additional preparation time depending on design complexity.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Import Duties & Taxes (Important)
European Union
Orders shipped within the EU are delivered with no additional customs charges or import taxes upon delivery.
United States
Due to recent U.S. import regulations, physical products shipped from the EU may be subject to import duties and customs processing fees charged by the carrier (USPS, UPS or DHL) before delivery.
Typical additional charges are approximately $40–70 USD, depending on order value and local customs assessment.
These fees are not controlled by our store and are collected by the shipping carrier or customs authorities in the United States.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any import charges required for delivery.
United Kingdom & Other Non-EU Countries
Orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK) may be subject to:
• VAT (local sales tax)
• Customs duties
• Carrier processing/handling fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient before delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address information:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping and carrier fees will be deducted from any refund
• In some cases carriers destroy unclaimed parcels and refunds cannot be issued
Please ensure you are willing to accept any applicable import fees before ordering.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We cannot guarantee delivery or refunds for packages lost due to incorrect address details.
We strongly recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout to allow the carrier to contact you for delivery or customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments include tracking.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
We will arrange a replacement or solution.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
